Program Description
An initial assessment to identify mental health goals, exercise preferences, life circumstances, any physical constraints. A personal exercise plan that is developed collaboratively based on the participant's mental health goals, exercise preferences and personal life circumstances. This plan is designed to offer the benefits of the MFM individual program at a lower cost. It is designed for individuals who are motivated and able to stick with an exercise program on their own. Participants in this program will engage in an assessment program and will receive a personalized exercise program based on the participant's mental health goals, exercise preferences and personal life circumstances. The participant will implement the fitness program independently. Dan and Gina will be available to answer questions and offer assistance by email or phone, but regular meetings are not included.
