Tailored Movement for Mind and Body


Program Description

An initial assessment to identify mental health goals, exercise preferences, life circumstances, any physical constraints. ​ A personal exercise plan that is developed collaboratively based on the participant's mental health goals, exercise preferences and personal life circumstances. ​ Regular meetings with Gina and Dan over an 8 week period. ​ Motivational support throughout the 8 week of the program, Dan and Gina will provide motivation and exercise adherence information.  ​ Results will be assessed using a standardized assessment tool called the Profile of Mood States, and the program will be adapted as needed to meet the participant's goal(s).  ​ MFM is quite flexible, and each participant's program/experience will be unique.
